First few minutes

Good morning!!

What a great way to start a morning!  Things are very simple first thing in the morning, turn the alarm off and sit up.  Simple enough so far, right?  Then comes the fun part, thoughts start flooding your mind about the day ahead of you.
At this point you have a choice, good thinking or negative thoughts.  Which would you prefer?  If your saying to yourself at this point, "as soon as I wake up it's automatically bad thoughts".  I've got the solution, automatically implant good thoughts.  You can tell yourself everything your thankful for, you can think of a goal for the day or you can get super excited that the coffee is ready!  I like the last one.

Start your day off right, because it sets the tone for the day.  What you do before you leave the bedroom is so important for your attitude for the day. (Get your mind out of the gutter)

Are you guilty of the following?  Waking up at the very last minute then you rush around angry?  Please train yourself to get up a little earlier, start off  by waking up 15 minutes before your present time.  I'll put a little prospective on an extra 15 minutes.  If you argue you need those extra few minutes for sleep, ask yourself how grumpy and rushed you are when you do actually wake up at your present time!  Now on the flip side, get an extra 15 minutes to get ready in the morning- Don't you think you'd feel less rushed?
